The Longevity Suite Asia marks the brand's first flagship location outside Europe, set within Madison House at Fort Canning Park in Singapore — a private members' club by Sunset Hospitality Group, positioned alongside METT Singapore hotel. Building on the brand's established footprint of 36 locations across Italy, Switzerland, Spain and Turkey serving more than 27,000 active members, the Singapore outpost is built around what the brand calls its proprietary Longevity Method — a system combining Western scientific innovation, precision diagnostics and biohacking with Eastern philosophies of wellbeing, delivered with medical oversight rather than purely as a spa amenity.
The treatment offering spans two main formats. Shorter, immersive 1.5-to-3-hour journeys are designed as stand-alone rituals for rapid, measurable impact — restoring balance, activating detox pathways and delivering visible wellbeing through targeted technology paired with sensorial therapy. Longer, multi-day retreats are custom-built around individual goals, integrating consultation, semi-fasting, rituals at a dedicated Detox Bar, movement, mindfulness and cross-modal therapeutic sessions into a coherent path of renewal. Specific modalities on offer include cutting-edge cryotherapy, science-led aesthetic medicine treatments, and personalised recovery and performance protocols — one of relatively few longevity clinics in the region to combine clinical longevity diagnostics with on-site spa and massage services, with plans to further integrate Traditional Chinese Medicine and Ayurvedic practitioners into the offering over time.
As part of Madison House, The Longevity Suite sits within a broader ecosystem of wellness and lifestyle amenities — a high-performance gym, padel courts, pools, and private changing rooms equipped with cold plunge, sauna and steam facilities — with hotel guests at METT Singapore granted temporary Resident Membership access to these facilities during their stay. Looking ahead, the brand plans to launch The Longevity Suite Retreats in mid-2026, offering structured wellness journeys ranging from three-day escapes to immersive 21-day programs focused on sleep optimisation, rejuvenation and mind-body detoxification, alongside a growing corporate wellness offering combining health-focused activities with culinary experiences and team-building programming for groups.
